My mom lived at Brookdale for about 15 months. The administration and staff were so kind to her and to me as she transitioned into the memory care unit. I was there every day from 3-5 hours. To be honest ... no facility will be perfect in this situation. Mom can't tell me if something is wrong so it is stressful...but I think the majority of staff at Brookdale are really caring individuals. I visit my Mother in Love several times a week. She is in Clara Bridge memory care. The staff never knows what day or what time I will come by. I have never seen anything that I didn't like. Everyone is great to the residents and great to the visitors. All staff are friendly, helpful, & pleasant to all the residents. I think do a terrific job. They have a huge responsibility. I could not handle what they have to handle everyday. Thank you all at Brookdale for being you.
Our sister, Lib Edwards, has been a resident for 14 years and our frequent visits get better and better!
