I would like to extend a huge thank-you to all the Clare Bridge staff for the exceptional care of our dear mother over the last 2 years. She entered eternal life this morning with incredible support of Brookdale Hospice staff. You were all so kind and loving in our hours of need.

Excellent people and Facility. Very good care. Excellent rehab \ therapy dept. Highly recommend for yourself or family members.

Hello, I'm Bob Myers and I am a resident at Brookdale Place and wanted to share my recent experience at The Sweet Life. My stay was very good, people were helpful and dedicated. There was not a time I had a need where I didn't get help. For awhile, I was unable to go to the dining room and they brought me food. The CNA, Nancy, was very good. The nurse practitioner, Emily, looked into situations, you didn't have to tell her anything twice, she knows what she's doing. Not impressed. Most the people here are rude! They don't come when you push for assistance. They don't listen to the patients and their individual needs. Most of them are just young adults who have no clue. Very rough when turning my mother and helping to get her in bed. If you talk to them and let them know how you feel, instead of correcting the issue and apologizing, they act rude like you did something wrong by speaking up.
