Rachel has a great crew and her leadership and compassion is showen by their actions . I don’t understand why they bill the way they do .It is nor compatible with my insurance but I Am sure we will get it worked out.The overall care is outstanding

The staff that deals with the patients is good, however, there is just not enough of them. 7 staff people for 40 patients. And the management is proud of that ratio. If your loved one is not active, he/she will probably do okay here. If he/she is the least bit active, they don't have the staff to handle it, and they will require you to hire 1-1 care for the patient you are already paying to be there. It could improve by doing the most basic of basic care. Starting with treating residents and family members with respect. My mom is a resident now. I walked in her room on Saturday and found a hypodermic needle unused lying on her dresser. REALLY
My father in-law was here 8 month. Memory care kept him drugged up. Staff had lots of turn over and really did not care. After hospital stay had to go to skilled care during his 10 days several bed sores, did not change clothing etc... We removed him from Brookdale (they tried to tell his new home he was difficult) Lucky for us they believed us and took a chance. He is now in a place where the staff cares. We have our sweet dad back. Do not send your loved one here!!!!!
