This company is horrible. Their local facility, Brookdale North Euclid and their corporate office. My family placed my 99 year-old grandfather here and within 6 days he had a medical emergency which hospitalized him. His doctors said he can no longer stay at Brookdale North Euclid because he needs round-the-clock care. My family tried to get a refund and it’s been over a month in dealing with this. My mom lives there and we are very, very happy with the care they give her. They are capable, friendly and show love.
