I just recently moved both of my parents here and the process was not easy at all. BUT thanks to Amy Williams going way out of her way for me and providing many references for me to turn to for advice and direction, things have been progressing smoothly and my mother is adjusting well and my dad just loves it here! My grandparents lived here for years. They Loved it! I send all the people I know here. very caring staff. I really like the memory care unit. Amy is great with ensuring a smooth transition from home or facilities. Mitch the administrator is awesome. Jason the chef is great, and truly cares about the patients. Activities is very open to new ideas. 5 stars!
Has been an absolute nightmare. Some staff are competent but most aren’t . No consistency in care. I truly wonder what the policy is for hiring ? What does the background check say or is it even done ?🤔 We pay close to $4000 a month for very little care . Very sad situation. I hope we can remedy soon .
I recommend Brookdale in new Port Richey very highly. When I went for a tour for my mother the people there were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the facility were very clean. The staff were very helpful and very nice. I give Brookdale a five star rating. I recommend this community for anyone who is looking to put a love one there to live. My mother was very happy with the facility and was very pleased to know that she would be living there.
What I see when I walk through the garden there is friendly people who smile and always stop to ask how you are and see if you need anything. Really refreshing. Southern Hospitality.
I am sending this post for my sister Joan Gottschalk who is a resident at Brookdale in New Port Richey. She is very pleased with having chosen this residence and has made lots of new friends. The staff is wonderful. The residence runs like a well oiled machine under the direction of Mitch. Jason, the head of kitchen, provides delicious and varied meals, April, the head of activities, provideds interesting things to do. I would recommend Brookdale, my Aunt/ Godmother lives there and she tells me she loves it, I have visited her there , so I have good feeling it’s a safe, caring home for her
