All the care givers are kind and considerate of the residents. You can tell all the residents love Janna, she’s the activities director. Janna has such an upbeat, positive attitude, and she brightens everyone’s day! She takes the time to talk to every resident she comes across. Janna truly cares about the residents comfort and wellbeing. She provides fun and creative activities for the residents.
everyone is like family. fantastic food great activities, and awesome nursing staff. very attentive and compassionate. I know my mother would have loved this place.
Brookdale is a wonderful place! Beautiful and clean. The staff are very loving to the residence. I have looked at several places and they just didn't meet the kindness of Brookdale.
Very beautiful and inviting campus. I really enjoyed my tour through the grounds. What a friendly staff. Highly recommended
I would not recommend this place to live or work. It’s o old and run down. Better places for the money through out Tri Cities. They say whatever they have to to get you in the building and become a resident. Then especially the managers don’t care about you the staff is not trained properly to care for the residents. Please don’t take your loved ones here.
