RecommendedAfter visiting many retirement communities, I finally found Brookdale Mandarin. I was greeted by Misti Fuller who took me on a tour of the facility. She showed me an apartment facing the pool and I immediately fell in love with it.I have been here for six months and every time I have a question or concern Misti is always there for me. I have watched her greet new people visiting here with kindness and graciousness. She is amazing. Misti is a true professional in every sense of the word.
My parents have been there for about 3 months now and they both love it. Some things to work out in the beginning, but everyone is willing to work together to get things done. Lots of activities. Bright atmosphere.
Nothing but a bunch of con artists taking advantage of old people with no family or anyone to help them. The treatment a friend of mine is getting from management is by far the worst I have ever seen. Please be careful, these people will con your senior citizen family member into situations that they can’t afford then threaten you with eviction knowing they shouldn’t have put them there in the first place! thank you so much for putting together such a fun Easter Egg hunt for our little ones! My boys sure enjoyed it and I love seeing the smiles on the residents faces as they watch and interact with the children!
Thank You Maria & Brookdale for hosting g the Jax Moms Group again this year for an Easter Egg Hunt! As always, this was an awesome event and we had a ball hunting for eggs!

Management is terrible and they’re always under staffed
Worst management I ever seen and I wouldn’t send or recommend this place for anyone. They want to raise rent up but won’t give back to the building Community and takes forever for them to pay vendor for repairs,supplies and entertainment services which causes suffering to the resident looking for things to do and some staff will take $$$ out of there pocket to get common supplies for entertainment and cleaning supplies
