RecommendedEven though we didn't get a chance to move my sister-in-law out to Denver from Michigan, we had a wonderful virtual zoom meeting and the place was very nice. Sally was more than helpful to find us the right apartment. But it just wasn't meant to be no fault of Brookdale. Family matters.
FOOD SERVICE BAD THE SYSTEM NEED TO BE RE DESIGNED THE MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES OVER AND OVER LOTS OF EXCUSE BUT NO CORECTIVE ACTION THEY DO NOT KEEP THE RESIDENTS INFORMED OF WHATS GOING ON SO WE HAVE RUMORS NOT FACTS
Amazing staff who is dedicating their lives to our seniors. Thank you for everything you do and I feel blessed to have been part of your team if only for a short time.
