RecommendedMy Mother moved into Brookdale Lake Shore Dr. five months ago and her experience there has been wonderful. Marlene was our Sales Counselor and she was so attentive and really tuned into what my mother was looking for. The staff welcomed her immediately and everyone from the Management to the restaurant waitstaff have taken the time to get to know her and always have a smile and a good word for her. John Janco and his sales team met several times with my father to give him the comfort level he was looking for before deciding to move in.
