Moving a parent into memory care is a difficult and emotional decision. The staff at Brookdale Kettleman Lane were so helpful and supportive. Mom has been there for 9 months now and we can see that this was the best decision for her. She has made friends and the staff make her feel so loved! She tells me all the time how lucky she is to be in a place where she is so well taken care of. I can see that she is truly happy and content. My mom came to Brookdale dementia and memory care facility, Lodi, at 101 years old, for her final months. There was not one minute, of any day, and I would not give this facility and it’s incredible staff a five star rating. Each and every member of the staff was compassionate, professional and over-the-top kind. They treated mom with respect and always administered they’re gentle, compassionate and effective care which inspired confidence. They took excellent care of mom AND my entire family.
