Beware the Gardens at Westlake: If you are looking for a safe, reliable place for your loved ones and an ethical, honest management team, I would steer clear of the Gardens of Westlake and any facility owned by Spectrum Retirement, LLC. It truly feels like home. All the workers from The front desk, activity coordinator, nurses, caregivers, even the restaurant staff are amazing and have been there for a very long time and truly care about the residents. My dad was there for 3 years and am grateful for the time he was there. They kept him safe and happy.

our tour was very pleasant and informative. Maintenance was very helpful especially at move in. Nursing and caregivers were very helpful and treated my father in law very special. Kitchen staff helped him and treated him with kindness. Billing was very helpful. Front desk was always pleasant. I never had a second thought about the decision to move them there
I am proud to be working among a staff that is very dedicated and caring when it comes to our residents and their families. When you're taking care of seniors, you SHOULD have a passion and commitment to honor and respect them and I can honestly say that we have that at The Gardens at Westlake. We strive everyday to treat them like our own family!!
Great staff...make their residents feel like they are truly at home
I worked for this facility for about 5 or so years and I absolutely loved everything about it. Everyone is so friendly aside from the occasional gossip or rumor floating around (on the employee perspective) but we always treated our residents as if they were our own parents. We did our best to remain calm and collected and never let ourselves get frustrated with the care we needed to provide.
