I Recently moved out after a couple of years because of price of rent was skyrocketing for the quality of the apartment. In the summer my AC would Run non stop trying to keep up because the place has older style single pain windows and light insulation. My average peak summer PG&E bill was $150 which is pretty steep for a 500 sq ft place.
