It was very apparent this place, especially when family members cannot see what is happening, is only interested in being a revolving door for Medicare money and care of the people they are trusted with is not a consideration. Do not trust your loved ones here. My mother is not better and they truly don’t care.
RecommendedWant to give this shout-out to all the good people helping the older folks get thru this time when family and friends cannot visit at Brookdale Senior Living - Galleria - Houston TX. In particular, I’d like to pat the back (gloves on, of course) of the Residents Programs/Activities Director in Assisted Living - Ms. Zuleyma. My 93year-old father is no longer able to use a phone or iPad on his own. I lived there for four years. I loved it my situation changed and I moved to Brookdale in Austin one week ago also very nice. However I miss my Friends , but I will make more. Hopefully someone will write me some times keep in contact!!

Our mother has resided at the Galleria for years. Of course, there will be bumps in the road in any type of community living situation. However, our family's experience has been that the staff in their Independent Living has always gone above and beyond to meet her wants and needs; especially Maurice and Tracy.
My mother recently moved in to independent living. From the beginning, working with Kyndal in sales and working with Christina in marketing I’ve had such a positive experience. My endless questions have been answered for months by both of these women without hesitation, always polite, professional and positive. I cannot say enough good things about them. I hope my mom has many happy years at Brookdale. Thank you both!
