Everytime you go to call you NEVER get a hold of anyone and get message saying “ the number is not available at this time” and hangs up. When you finally get through , you get an automated message saying the hours of availability but no option of leaving a message and hangs up. I should not have to dedicate up to an hour of my time waiting around a phone to book an appointment. If they had a carrier pigeon or telegram option. I’d probably use that cause it would be as fast.
