how can you run a doctors office and never answer your phone? does anyone work here?
If I could I'd leave a zero star review. Dr. Archibald needs someone on hand to handle the phone. You can never get through to anyone, no option to leave a vm and always during business hours. After weeks of calling to try and book an appt, finally got in and they sent us home with inaccurate information which lead to us having to start the process all over again. We are now another 2 weeks of trying to get through to anyone in their office without success.
Noone ever answers the phone. No option to leave a message.
This clinic will not answer the phone DR Millar goes on holi ays and doesn't have a replacement to write prescription Thank God for Nurse practioer Joanna
