It's the only hospital in America that the ER is like or worst than hospitals in third world countries
The treatment I see people getting at brookdale is horrible they should be reported. They treat the elderly patients wrong
I wouldn’t take my free cat here... the staff and security are all unprofessional... even when you come with serious medical concerns they have you wait in an empty ER while they talk and laugh amongst each other. The moment you speak up they threaten to call the police this place should be shut down!!!
I was hospitalized twice at Brookdale Hospital, because no one thought I was taking medication. That is not true. I was taking it, but I was hospitalized for no good reason at all. To think I was born over there. And now, I have more reasons to hate this hospital, because my Dad died over there while under their so-called "care". If the staff ever cared about their patients in that hospital, I would faint!
they just don't care. nasty dirty hospital. how are you going to put by Airborne infection room when I don't have a spleen to fight that off smh. Then i saw a nurse take one of the pee container and wash in the patient bathroom sink. smh
This has been one of the worst experiences ever. My mom had an emergency and this was the closest hospital to my home. She needs a CAT scan and we have been waiting for one since 11pm and it is now 3:11am!!! I have listened to doctors talk about taking melatonin to sleep, medical staff make comments about patients...not to mention patient information. We have yet to have the doctor make plans for my mother's tests. I wish I took her to a place that actually cared for patients; I'm exhausted and upset. We as Black people have... read more
