Absolutely love Brookdale. My mom is in memory care unit, the staff are friendly, helpful and take great care of my mom. Lots of activities too. Highly recommend this facility.

Wow, how things have changed for the worse. Just moved my father out. Memory care cottages are understaffed (they rely on computer software to determine staffing levels). Prices raised astronomically and management (local and corporate) that doesn't really care. I left a complaint at the corporate level...no return contact at all. I left three messages for the regional manager (Carie Baker) and no return call...nothing. Local manager Neal talks about "care", but his actions tell a different story.
