It's hard to find people who truly care about their clients as much as the entire staff at East Wichita Dentist do! I've never had an appointment that I wasn't 100% happy with!
I was very pleased with my first visit to East Wichita Dentist. The staff was wonderful. Dr Koepsel was extremely professional and listened to all my concerns.
My appointment with Dr. Pargman and her hygienist, Kelsey, went really well. The equipment is new, everyone is friendly, they don't rush you in and out, they have tons of flavors of the polishing stuff, and best of all...I got to watch whatever I wanted on TV during my entire appointment in my little private room. Very happy with my visit!!!

All of the staff from the front desk to hygenists and dentists are so friendly. Very happy with the service here.
It was only my third time at East Wichita Dentist but yet some of the employees knew me by name. Tiffany was my hygienist and she took her time with my cleaning. She was gentle but also made sure she did a thorough job. She was very friendly and also made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Koepsel is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. As someone with a little bit of dental anxiety I would definitely recommend this place!
