Parking for guest is not very good,especially in the heat. Also pick up and drop off of residents is difficult when they have walkers and wheelchairs. I have seen visiting medical workers parked in the handicap parking, not emergency services. Employees that I have encountered are very friendly and helpful.
Very professional and courteous staff. They are very helpful and conduct themselves and are very nice when assisting the patients in such a manner to gain there willing obedience. Very friendly people. Very knowledgeable in there jobs.
My grandfather moved in a month ago and we are very pleased. The staff is eager to be helpful and make us feel welcome. Avamere feels like a home with lots of friendly people and positive energy. There are numerous outdoor, shaded and furnished patios. His room is spacious and bright. Maintenance and housekeeping keeps the place in good order. They have a nice variety of entertainment. Moved my aunt in Wednesday at 6am and no employee even stopped by to see her until 3pm. We were told she could not keep medication in her room but no one would take them from her either.
