Feeling welcomed every time I visit. Everyone is very nice and polite. Finding a help solution is quick and a good quality! I admire Dr. Ferzli's sense for details and perfection. After all, smile is the first impression on anyone! Because I smile a lot, it better to be with a great teeth!!!!
Dr. Ferzli, in my opinion, has gifted hands. He has been my dentist for nearly 7 years, very patient, kind and skillful. I've had teeth built, teeth repaired and more. Always leave pleased.
I fell in LOVE with the service and assistance I experienced at Smiles of Cary. From the receptionist to Dr. Ferzli, they were all very attentive of me and my time. I was even offered a blanket in case I was cold. I have honestly never had such a service at any other healthcare facility. I was honestly blown away!! Keep up the exceptional work because it's appreciated.
Smiles of Cary is an amazing office. The front desk staff is alays friendly and helpful. The hygienist Caroline, always does a great job and everyone is always so friendly and happy.
From the front office to the dentist, everything was handled very professionally. I would recommend "Smiles for Cary" to anyone.
My five year old daughter was seen here by the amazing staff. Each staff member including the dentist was great. My daughter was not frightened and they did an amazing job assessing her and making her feel comfortable. The place is clean and beautiful.
My visit to smiles of cary was wonderful on 10/19/2015. The staff was so pleasant and the work on my mouth was great...I was in and out quickly even with them telling me one of there personnel was out.
I can't recall her name. My last visit for having my teeth cleaned was on Oct. 14th. She's been with Dr. Ferzli for some time and I find her firm but fair with patients. She will inform u of what ur doing wrong with brushing or flossing and also compliment on what ur doing right. She is always professional and cheerful! I rate her 5 stars and she's a KEEPER.
