If you hate your parent(s) and have a lot of money, take them to Brookdale Park Place in Spokane Valley Washington. they had a "director" named Pat - one of many - who lied through her teeth about prices and care. They don't have the proper number of staff - assuming they even had staff - leaving guests abused, neglected. The place smells like urine. They have hired a large group of foreign nationals (for tax breaks) that have a difficult time with English. One incident had someone called me to ask how to administer meds. Th... read more
