My father has been in Brookdale, Lake Ridge (Virginia) since Jan. of 2022, and he has done quite well. That might be the problem. We are aware they have explained the care charges decreased after invoices were run, and they have also provided an explanation of each charge and credit that was on the invoice. The most recent assessment and changes in care will be reflected as credits on the May invoice.
