Have been going to Bear Creek Dental for a number of years. Everyone is pleasant and very welcoming. Dr. Masten calls in the evening after he has performed a procedure.He is a great dentist with a fun sense of humor. I sometimes forget I am in the dental office. Don't get me wrong, everyone is very professional. They have the newest and latest gadgets. I highly recommend this fantastic team.
I recently became a patient at Bear Creek Dental and after a few procedures, I’m very happy that I chose Dr. Mastin and his staff. Dr. Mastin has done excellent work and has put me at ease before and during each procedure. He has personally called me after a procedure to make sure I’m feeling ok and to see if I have any questions or concerns! It's not easy to make one hour in a dental exam chair an enjoyable experience and if I had my druthers I would be in at a craft brewer but hygienist Denise and dentist Jesse do their best to make the time pass with minimal discomfort. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly.
My office visit with Dr. Mastin and staff was very pleasant, informative and relaxing. Whenever I have the opportunity I will gladly recommend the doctor’s services to others.
I always feel like they are family when I am there . They are very professional and polite at all time . I never feel uncomfortable when in the office and I always feel like the quality is far better than other places that just try to pump you threw
