I have been a resident at Brookdale Apts for 20 years. Those many years are a testament that I have been very satisfied with all aspects of the Brookdale experience. From management to the maintenance and ground keepers everyone always went above and beyond to assist me with whatever I needed. Amenities got better and better through the years. We moved out after living there for one year. They are asking us to pay more than double of what we paid in our security deposit despite us leaving our apartment in really great condition but still we are charged. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.
Been living here for a month and I am so very glad to choose Brookdale as my new home. It's safe, quiet, the location is perfectly close to everything from a variety of markets and stores to restaurants and entertainment. The trees and flowers are well kept and beautiful. The manager, Tatiana, is super kind and has a professional among them who I met as a manager. Also the Brookdale is very quite place with a plenty of green, woods and great amenities. I highly recommend this apartment to those who are looking for peaceful and abundant facilities.
