great people brookdale is not the nicest place i have lived but the management by far makes brookdale a world class place to live. i have a family and some times we have issues but i know that there is no issue to big for the manager. i just call jim and he is more than helpfull on anything that i could need his help on.
DO NOT LIVE HERE For the rent they charge you, they offer NOTHING. Lived there 2 years and would NEVER recommend to anyone. The ONLY good thing is this is one of the only complexes that allow dogs. They claim no aggressive breeds, but once you sign your lease, you can have any animal there. The maintenance guy that lives there has a pitbull. The place is run-down and old. Needs a lot of work. Family member is currently renting there (month to month) and is set to move into her new place mid July. Was just informed by the manger that they rented her apartment (mind you they asked for a 60 day notice from her as to when she would be moving out) and told her she has to be out by 6/30. That’s not even a weeks notice. She has been keeping them informed of what is going on with her new place as well. Very poor practice. My favorite most comfortable place I have lived! I have the best neighbors and my favorite is the pool and the garden plot and love Bob from maintenance! I would highly recommend it!!
I've lived at Brookdale for 5 years now, and greatly enjoyed the service and management!! Always courteous, friendly and concerned with how they can make your lease make the most out of your living budget. Any concerns are addressed immediately, with a pleasant attitude. This is rental living at its finest!!
My First Apartment. The #636. Lived there for 7 years. Was lucky enough to have a great location on the 3rd floor facing a open feild. Summers were hot because of location (full afternoon sun & sunset). Huge balconies, bigger than I have seen anywhere in any apartment community.The Buildings are older so there will be issues but nothing that the Maintenance staff can't take care of. I've lived here for 4 years. Not to bad of a place to live but if you need work on your unit. You will definitely be met with by management will attitude and excuses. Honest opinion would be is to stay away and live in your car.
