I had the best cleaning ever today. I saw Rebecca and she was amazing. She meticulously went through my extensive medical history and listened patiently as I explained my phobias and anxiety. I had a heated neck wrap, dark sunglasses, and headphones. My comfort was her top priority and I actually felt relaxed, or as relaxed as one can feel during a dental appointment!
Five star for dr Wong. The assistant today would have got 2 or 3. Not his regular assistant.

I never knew going to the dentist could be like a day at that spa with a bonus of whiter teeth. Angie (I think was her name - maybe Ashley?) was amazing. She carried on great conversation and took pride in her job and made me feel like I grew up with this office. I received a neck warmer and she even kept taking time to wipe water off of my face during my cleaning.I haven't ever seen my teeth become so white after a cleaning. I found my experience to be calming, informative and thorough. Every time I Come to Brook West Family Dentistry I have a great experience. I love the concerning, gentle and knowledgeable, Dr. Domas. He makes me feel that my teeth matter and are important to him too.
