Been a Brook West fan since 1989. We have never gone anywhere else. My latest visit was great. In and out in less than 45 min. No issues whatsoever. If you are not going to Brook West you are not getting the care you deserve. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We've been going to Brookwest for years and have always had positive experiences. The only thing that I would love to see changed would be the way they do their updated forms. If you are a current patient and with the technology we have available, I would think that a form could be printed that has all your information on it that could just be updated once a year if anything changes versus having to sit and complete all new ones. It is a coincidence that you mentioned this because on Wednesday of this week, we worked with our appointment software company to develop a way to print a person's basic contact information for review.
