Everyone has been very kind. All of my procedures were thoroughly explained and I was able to get appointments quickly also.
I had a crown done and it took only 90 minutes start to finish! And I had absolutely no pain at all! Dr Wang and Gina are always so kind and professional.
I had a teeth cleaning and checkup. Lisa, the hygienist , was outstanding. Did a great job on my teeth and also gave me tips to help me do a better job cleaning and flossing. I could tell she really loves her job. She also was very personable. The dentist who checked my teeth was also personable-made me feel welcome, took her time.
G is, as always, terrific. I also enjoy coming in and seeing Lori's smiling face - you have longevity in your staff which helps your client's comfort level.

Mr. G is a very good dental hygienist. Even though I live in Minneapolis, I drive up here to get my dental work done. The building is very clean and the employees are very nice. I trust that I am getting good dental care when I come to Brook West!
Easy to make an appointment, I like the text reminders of a pending appointment, procedure went fast and well. The staff is extremely friendly.
