Lisa was my hygienist today, not G, but it was okay. Now I have a backup!
I usually get my teeth cleaned by Doctor Hastings, however I was notified that she had moved. I was seen by Doctor Smith, and I was extremely satisfied! He made the appointment comfortable for me, and provided helpful information. My hygienist was also fabulous. We talked a lot about how I was not properly flossing and using my Sonicare to it's best potential. We connected well because her son also goes to Augsburg. This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! Thank you!

I always appreciate the professional atmosphere and demeanor of everyone in the office. It is a very pleasant place to visit.
Everyone is very kind and professional.I called the day of to ask for an earlier appointment time and a representative called me back later that day when an earlier time opened up. That is great service. I also never wait more than 5 min in the front waiting area and I never wait once I am called back for treatment. The service is fast and efficient.

Fast , efficient, warm and welcoming are words to use with every visit to Brook West Family Dental. After years with the same dentist in Toronto, I was apprehensive initially changing to a new dentist. It didn't take me very long to feel welcomed by Dr Smith and his staff in a professional, state of the art clinic with the warmth of a friendly family environment!
I had a 10 am appointment but didn't get in until 10:15, tis after getting 3 reminders that I had a 10 AM appointment maybe you should get reminders. Angie was good but you should keep to a schedule if you want us too.
