Almost fell asleep in the chair...and I am one, who years ago, had my adult daughter come with me and hold my hand...I was such a chicken. For someone who used to be a dental assistant that isn't easy to admit. The chair side manner of the hygienist and doctor was TLC. The hand in mouth experience was gentle.
I was very impressed with my recent visit. First time I was actually warmly greeted right away by the receptionist. Usually everyone seems too busy for you when I walk in but this time was totally different. I really can tell that Brookwest makes big efforts to give customers amazing service. Much appreciated and noticed!
My experience at Brook West was very good. I enjoyed my teeth being cleaned.

My trip to the dentist was as easy as could be. I had a couple of cavities taken care of and it was completely PAIN FREE!
I have not had a bad experience, & I've had 8 appointments since mid-Feb. Dr. Tanner & Missy were wonderful on 9/13, as was Dr. Klump just 2 days ago, when I had gum surgery. I like that the staff is so caring, & will call to check up on me, or remind me to take my Amoxicillin before my appointment.My husband likes the care he's gotten from the staff, as well.
Fabulous! To walk away, after have a CEREC crown put in, and to experience no pain was absolutely amazing! I loved not having to put a temporary crown on and wait a few more weeks. I am getting another in a couple weeks, and am anticipating the same results. Thanks Doctor D!!
