RecommendedI’ve been taking my pets to Brook Run for years! They never force anything upon you nor do they make you feel like you need to purchase medications/vaccines that your pet doesn’t actually need. My pets have always received excellent care! I had a dog that had runaway and was missing for three years. I've been taking my pets to see Dr Z and his crew for years. I trust them to give me good advice in the care of all my critters. There compassion in the really difficult times has made me a forever client.

I went on a Saturday as a walk in when my dog needed care and was turned away by the young woman at the desk. She just said they were fully booked and dismissed me and my dog. I'm not a client there, nor will I ever be one as the staff seems not animal friendly. I went there for care since my vet was closed and will never go again. I'd rather pay the emergency room price than go to this office! If I could rate them as no stars I would!
Very impressed with this place! Personable & reasonable rates--this was our first visit, but we'll be coming back! Thank you Dr. Z & all staff!
I have been going to BRAC for 14 years. They are caring and knowledgeable and I wouldn't entrust my dogs or cat with any other practice. I have had two rottweilers and all three vets have worked with one or both and they were unafraid of either of these dogs. Caring, kind and supportive - this is the veterinary practice have I have known from day one. I recommend BRAC to everyone with a pet.
Excellent caring staff. For almost 20 years Dr. Z and his staff have looked after our various Cocker Spaniels. Always with compassion and dignity.
