Dr. Massey always takes time to talk and listen and provide solutions along with a contingency plan in case the first plan may not be as effective.
Saw Dr. Massey for about a year. I feel like he had me stereotyped as a depressed, menopausal, female. Every time I saw him he insisted my symptoms were caused by depression. I changed doctors and was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I had to change doctors to finally get a diagnosis and a treatment plan that has actually helped my symptoms.
Good doctor
He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is actually on time, gives you plenty of time, and is very knowledgeable and up to date with medicine.
Dr. Massey himself is amazing! He always has time to talk, and he's helped me out repeatedly. The problem is his staff. At every visit, I've had some billing problem that ends up costing me money. Last time they said my insurance wasn't valid. I had to pay 100% up front before being seen. When my insurance called them and told them I was covered, they promised to refund me -- and never did.
