With metal health being so critical & this push on mental health, we should have better knowledge maybe on how our loved ones are when in this negative & unhealthy mental state & allow family members to schedule their appointments!! Especially when you have to call, leave a voicemail & wait for someone to call back so even when you finally get your loved one to agree to make the call with you, you have to hope & pray they stay &/or don’t change their mind by the time you get a call back. Unfortunately, I have to take my children to this place because it's the closest one to us. The receptionist is very rude; while you're trying to explain what you need help with, she interrupts you completely, showing no courtesy. Besides that, when you try to contact them, they transfer the call over and over again 🙄 If they really want to improve their services, they should start by changing the reception staff! Or train them by sending them to human relations classes.

Trying to get ahold of anyone here is useless no one answers the phone there’s no way to call and leave a message I email them I get nothing back like all I want is for a confirmation for a appointment that’s 3 days away that I have never got so how am I suppose to no when to show up

I would happily like to update the fact that she no longer works there. That's a great blessing. My son told his awful therapist exactly what she wanted to hear and committed suicide. He was so much smarter than she was. Huge disappointment. She had to say a cuss word every other word out of her mouth, she was very unprofessional. He was of age so she couldn't speak to us, as parents but in all honesty she was a mom hater. Dad would pick him up and she would speak to him for an hour.
