Horrible place to live. Had roach infestation and terrible management. I packed my things and left before my lease was over because it was so bad. I moved out and they still charged me rent for days after my lease ended even though I spoke with management multiple times to let them know I will not be renewing my lease.
Horrible living conditions hallway nasty you have to pay to get in the pull and gym even tho you live here there are bugs! Broken tiles bathroom tiles molding. Not somewhere I would recommend living.
I haven't lived here long but I have heard and seen reviews online and I admit I do notice what they have talked about but talking to the manager it does seem like he really wants to change this place around. I fully trust he is going to. Every work order I put out the new team has fully helped me out and any concern he has done everything he can to help.
I have lived here for almost 3yrs now and the Management before was horrible. Constantly changing people things not getting done. I had to get Legal Aid to help me because my Ledger was COMPLETELY wrong. Now we have a new Management team and they are like a fresh breath of air!! They got my Ledger fixed in TWO days! They are very nice and respectful and helpful. I had knee surgery and couldn’t take my trash out and Geraldo came and took my trash out for me and made sure I was okay.
