Please hear me when I say ARIANA is NOT THE PROBLEM management is TERRIBLE. They gave me the run around for weeks about renting from them....kept my deposit and told me they had to mail out the refund check and it could be weeks. Paid 849 dollars....to get nothing they sent me the lease I signed it and because of "compliance " they gave me the run around for 3 whole weeks. 3 WHOLE WEEKS who does that...if someone gives you the deposit....signs the lease then you should have keys for your unit.
