My daughter has been seeing her therapist at Brook Lane semi-weekly for almost two years. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE answering machine, I felt like I was going insane trying to navigate the instructions trying to make an appointment, waiting over 10 minutes for a real person to talk to.
Currently involved with a dispute involving Veterans Affairs Community Care. Brooklane made an agreement with the Veterans Affairs prior to being able to accent Veterans as patients in which they acknowledge they are in no way allowed to bill veterans for their care, they may bill VA ONLY. Brooklane attempted to bill me. I was an impatient admit as an adolescent over a decade ago and came back just for this review- if your child is struggling or any loved one rather I would NOT recommend sending them to this place. I’ve struggled pretty severely with depression my entire life and attempted a few times- being the reason I was originally sent here.
