Don't know why it's so low of stars. The staff and therapist care and are friendly. If something did happen people are imperfect and things happen, use some patience. I finally connected to a therapist at this place. I've always needed help for decades and thought I could do it on my own. Like I said I couldn't connect to any therapists I had in the past. My therapist has totally changed my life.
Horrible
Understaffed and over worked. Since the switch to meritus employees don’t have time for their own families.
It's impossible to get an appointment with an actual doctor, you can only get a nurse practitioner and they seem to have very little experience. I can't even get a prescription refill 3 days now. The pharmacy contacted them, I requested a refill in the portal, also sent a message in the portal twice to the NP, and even called on the phone and was told they would get back to me. Nobody deserves to be ignored, especially when refilling one of my regular medications. I am out of my medication now, and this medication carries a ... read more
