Very professional. And helpful
Very disappointed in the professionalism of the office staff. Tried to make an appointment and was treated like they didn’t need customers. Unfortunate as the eye doctor is excellent, obviously they need work on the front of house staff and customer service.
This office is so rude. I called for a serious matter, I had a blood clot in my eye. And instead of them showing compassion or care the idiot girl on the phone just said we don’t have appointments until April and literally hung up on me, with a hard hang up. How people go to an office with employees with work like this at the front desk. And I left a message so not use if they contact the Doctors or not and they could care less or not to it me in as well. Gary and Dr. Brown were patient and answered all my questions. Dr.Brown was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Front staff were patient with me even though I arrived a little late, which I appreciated. The office was difficult to find without outside signage, look for the blue awning and go downstairs
Be aware...the charge for prescription, even though your eye exam is covered by insurance. Never seen this before.
