The time to register is unacceptable with 4 registrar, I be an hour early just to be able to register and I be waiting exactly an hour just to check in.
If possible, I’d give this place 0 stars. They have absolutely no work ethic. I went for an appointment, waited 8 hours without being called, and had to leave. On top of that, they made me reschedule my appointment 11 months later. Terrible place to go—completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
☆☆☆☆ My children receive dental care at this location. While the pediatric dentists are good with kids and do their job well, the wait time is absolutely unreasonable. There is no separate line for pediatric and adult patients. Everyone has to stand in the same line just to check in, and most of the time there are more than 60 people waiting. I have personally waited 1 hour and 15 minutes just to register my children. After that, children are already tired and impatient, and then they still have to wait another 1 to 2 hours ... read more
I'm giving it zero stars. The service is terrible, the attention is the poorest I've ever seen, and the doctors, assistants, and staff are incredibly slow. They don't have enough seats for the patients they schedule appointments for. This center doesn't care how much time people waste waiting with their young children. They have too few staff members and schedule far too many appointments for the limited number of employees they have! A very bad place... terrible in every way.
