I called this office over 7 times and spoke with the operators who all gave me wrong information. I called the office again and spoke to the staff at the front desk who stated they take walk ins until 10am. I got to the clinic at 9am & waited on an unnecessary long check in like for over an hour !!! When I got to the desk the staff member very nonchalantly said “I can’t help you, we’re at our cut off, oh well come back tomorrow ”. That’s just insane ! If I could give this place a zero-star review, I would. It has progressively gotten worse since the last time I was here in 2021. There are never enough people at the front desk or enough dentists to see patients. I was denied two days in a row for an infected, broken wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. I was told I needed to go to the emergency room and get a note to be seen, which made no sense because they could have seen me there anyway. These places need better funding and more dentists and front desk workers.
