Dr. Orloff is the best. My kids & I love her. So it's with sadness that I'm ready to leave her because of her receptionist. I am completely frustrated with the front desk service. I've been a faithful patient for years and I've spent a lot of money at your facility. Si necesitan un examen completisimo, este es el lugar. El doctor #1 en su clase supervisa constantemente el resultado de sus pacientes y se nota la dedicacion de cada uno de sus empleados. Los equipos son de ultima tecnologia cabe agregar.
I was referred to Dr. Korik in 2013 for contacts and Ive been coming coming here ever since. I love the staff here. Everyone is friendly and is here for your best interest.
Due to a mixed up with their hours I wasn't able to get my glasses yesterday. I was very annoyed and upset, left a voice mail and review. Today I received a phone call from their manager Mr. Robles. He was very apologetic and made every effort to help me. Switching my review because most companies will not even go as far as even an email let alone a phone call. I appreciate their efforts. simply a nightmare. appointment was for 3.15 pm, was seen by the doctor more than 3 hors later. some people with attitude after i request an explanatio for the delay. will never visit again.
