Had my surgeries done by Dr. Bronstein years ago, his staff was great and the Doctor is the BEST....HANDS DOWN!!!! I highly recommend him.
Staff was very nice didn't take long to get in and see Dr Bronstein he was super nice telling me how he was going to do the operation.
Dr Bronstein is a wonderful doctor ! He performed surgery on my trigger thumb and all went well. As for his office staff, Nancy, Devin and the office manager I believe her name to be Crystal, they are all unprofessional and ignorant on what is legal and illegal when it comes to billing insurance. If you can get passed them to see the Dr then I suggest you do that without talking to them. Even my insurance has tried to explain it to them and they just don't get it. Dr. Bronstein and his staff are not only professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient but they always make me feel welcome. A very upbeat atmosphere is displayed by all that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I would highly recommend this hand center and Dr. Bronstein. From my very first visit, my surgery and my follow ups, I have been very pleased.
I am a triple amputee with just ONE hand. Dr. Bronstein did a carpal tunnel surgery on my ONLY hand in 2007. I had no issues then and still none - it will be 10 years in 2017. Also I was a medical transcriptionist for 43 years, just retired.
Dr B and his rehibilatation staff are amazing! I cried, but they knew I wanted them to push me and they did! Thank you sooo much!!!
