We came here for care after my daughter was burned. They couldn't do anything. Said they couldn't know the degree of the burn because it hadn't been long enough. Said we would have to see the plastic surgeon who was consulted in the ER 2 days prior. Which of course they had scheduled us to come in to the Burn and Wound Center even though they knew there was NOTHING they were going to do. Because "it was too early to diagnose" "the burn hadn't shown itself yet" But of course we got a bill for over $500 and for what? the nurse... read more
