I was recently referred to this office by my primary care for an elevated PSA. It turns out this was probably caused by vigorous exercise. Staff was OK at best, but they did not listen, and did not explain procedures. The MA stated she had to do a bladder scan without explaining why or what this was. There was no reason to do so, since I was having symptoms, such as bladder distention or bladder pressure, to justify this. OMG, what a bunch of incompetent people that work in that department. A referral was faxed not once but twice still could not find it. I called for my dad to schedule an appointment for him who is an older gentleman and doesn’t speak the language well they gave me the runaround just to schedule an appointment for the guy. I didn’t ask. I need medical information and I didn’t want any information more than just to schedule an appointment, but they insisted that it’s their policy so I end up sending them a power of attorney do... read more

All of the one star reviews reflect my experience completely! Go elsewhere, which unfortunately is out of town since there are no other uro practices here. Maybe that accounts in part for their behavior.

I have been absolutely suffering it takes 3-4 months just to see a doctor I am already established with I need surgery and they won't even see me until the only time I could have the surgery I might as well just die

John st. Urology Office girl told me I needed a referral, even though my insurance said I didn't need one. I got the referral. Called back, she said I needed to have had 2 infections within a 3 months time! Went to emergency room 3 times for it within 1 month. She said we can only except 1 because it wasn't worded right on the other!! So I couldn't get in!! Can't get over it. On antibiotics every day to keep it at bay. Very upset!!!!! Dei all over the place. Help!!
