0 is too high. Very rude receptionists. I have yet to get a message back from the person I see on a regular basis in over 3 weeks. Gervine prescribed a medication that caused vomiting, nausea, and retching. I have severe pancreatic disease. The message came back saying that the med was the standard treatment. I was recently referred to this office by my primary care for an elevated PSA. It turns out this was probably caused by vigorous exercise. Staff was OK at best, but they did not listen, and did not explain procedures. The MA stated she had to do a bladder scan without explaining why or what this was. There was no reason to do so, since I was having symptoms, such as bladder distention or bladder pressure, to justify this. OMG, what a bunch of incompetent people that work in that department. A referral was faxed not once but twice still could not find it. I called for my dad to schedule an appointment for him who is an older gentleman and doesn’t speak the language well they gave me the runaround just to schedule an appointment for the guy. I didn’t ask. All of the one star reviews reflect my experience completely! Go elsewhere, which unfortunately is out of town since there are no other uro practices here. Maybe that accounts in part for their behavior.
I have been absolutely suffering it takes 3-4 months just to see a doctor I am already established with I need surgery and they won't even see me until the only time I could have the surgery I might as well just die
