Took my wife there yesterday for her eye. It was watery and irritated. The ladies at the front window was nice. But when we got called back, the first nurse kept over talking my wife as my wife tried to explain what was going on. When the PA, Abby Ryan came in, she was a joke. Extremely rude staff. The nurse slammed the door when leaving the room after rolling her eyes at my reason for coming in. Sure it was a minor issue, but I was concerned about infection. Not surprising I was treated this way though, as any Bronson facility I go to treats me like I'm a burden for being there, they can't wait for me to leave, and go out of their way to make me feel like my health isn't a priority. I am highly disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—that I received at this urgent care facility. I came in with a painful foot injury, which made moving incredibly difficult. Despite my clear injury, Nurse Kelsey and assistant Brittany did not offer or give any assistance when I was struggling to get up and down from the examination table. They never even asked if I needed help. Leaving a patient with a mobility-limiting injury to fend for themselves is completely unprofessional and unsafe. I expected much better patient... read more
