The doctors and medical staff at this urgent care facility were excellent — professional, attentive, and caring during my visit. However, I was disappointed to receive an unexpected bill afterward for additional facility charges that were not disclosed during the visit. Went in yesterday for ear aches. Get prescription. Call today about side effects from drug. They want me to come back in for another visit instead of switching to an antibiotic I know I can take. Screw that place
First of all staff was very cordial and service was good. Beware! This is not an “urgent care” facility even though it states this in their website. In past visits charges were billed as urgent co-pay. Without our knowledge they now bill as a hospital outpatient visit and charge six times the amount! So basically I’ve been charged $350.00 for a urine test!
Beware Bronson Urgent Care on Columbia Ave is NOT an Urgent Care even though they advertise that they are. They bill as a hospital outpatient visit so instead of paying whatever your urgent care co-pay is you will be charged six times as much or more!!
