I reported extreme sharpness in my chest/lungs and difficulty breathing. They did a chest x-ray and told me there was no congestion at all, that there must be inflammation. I then went home to rest. The next morning I began to cough extremely productively, at times nearly choking on what I was coughing up. No congestion? Why would they lie about that? Maybe they didn't even look at the x-ray. Who knows. The visit was a waste of time when I was feeling horrible. Won't ever go there again.
Friendly staff. Almost no wait. PA was helpful treating a minor wound.
Helen at the front desk is HORRIBLE & rude & NOT FRIENDLY at all!! I can NOT believe that THIS is someone that Bronson would have be a part of their team! Her attitude from the minute you walk up to the desk is VERY inappropriate! That is NOT the “Bronson way”! I have been there on 3 occasions (Not for myself but brought others) & she was the same way acting toward them every time! If you don’t like your job then find a new one!! A “warm body” is not what you need when that is a pts 1st point of contact!!
Very quick service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Went in for a cut on my hand. Was denied care unless I made a workman’s comp claim. I informed the receptionist that it was not a workman’s comp case and tried to give them my private insurance card. Was informed they would refuse to see me unless I claimed workman’s comp. They said if I didn’t file a claim, I could leave. Would recommend another fast care.
