I usually go to the Centre location and have had only great experiences. Just like some posts below, I was running late for my 8am appt with 3 kids in tow, coming from south portage, only to get to the front desk at 8:11 (after calling and saying I was on the way) to be told in a monotone voice that they cannot see me and I need to reschedule.
I was late 12 minutes to my appointment and Dr said I had to reschedule, I was told by the reception desk they have a 15 minutes rule but I was 12 minutes late and had checked online.It was a simple yearly routine check to prescribe my medicine but they decided to make it unnecessarily difficult.

I recently switched locations within Bronson, and I had the best visit I've ever had at the doctor's during my first visit! The front desk workers were amazing and so nice, and Dr. Fish was very kind, down to earth, and made sure I felt heard during my appointment! I would recommend this location to everyone I know and am so happy I found a GP that I feel comfortable with!
