Nothing but a headache this place. Don’t recommend unless you want to deal with an incompetent and rude staff. Receptionists and nurses are nothing but a bunch of lazy people who make it seem like its your problem that they have to do their job. Find another field if you’re unhappy. Super unprofessional and was met with an attitude every time from Dr. Ashley Conklin’s nurses.
We don’t recommend this place. My husband and I were treated very rudely by front l desk checkin staff when here for the first time. Disrespectful tones of voice and being ignored when asking simple questions. WE WON’T BE BACK!
Mackenzie at the front desk was probably the least resourceful or helpful person to talk to I’ve ever dealt with at Bronson. Just plain lazy.
Do NOT get Ashley Conklin as your PCP if you’re large chested like me! She will implore you to get a breast reduction without taking into account your BMI needs to be under 30 for any cosmetic surgeon to consider performing such a procedure. Given she’s a NP, you won’t be able to book an appointment with her ASAP. You’ll be waiting for several months to get in and see her, which isn’t convenient when you have a bunch of underlying medical conditions that require more frequent visits, like me.
