Grossly incompetent. Dr. Cannot be bothered to help with a flare after hours. Takes the staff months to schedule the right appointment, yes I said schedule the appointment. Not the wait to actually have the appointment.
Read their Google reviews. One practitioner listed, then ask yourself, why are they having problems keeping in-house staff. Ask those who’ve worked there and left for clarity.
Dismissed and medically gaslighted I suggest they take a bit of time to listen to their patients concerns. Even after many follow ups it was obvious my pain was not a priority. Showing respect is key and a quick diagnosis may be routine for them but could be a traumatic moment in ones life. As medical professionals it's important to listen to all healthcare members this includes the patient.
