I injured my left ankle and leg in a slip and fall on ice January 27,2021 and received treatment at Bronson Hospital ER. I was diagnosed with a fractured fibula ( near my knee). I was sent for follow up with this clinic. At my first appointment I saw the NP Jordan. His notes from the visit were lacking details that were given during the visit. My condition was listed as chronic which is VERY INACCURATE. Whoever transcribed the notes needs to proofread their work. He did not physically look at the area I was complaining about... read more
