I LOVE my OBGYN and that’s the only reason I’m not giving these practices 0 stars. The scheduling for all OBGYN practices at Bronson is horrendous. I have been cancelled on or improperly scheduled now 5 times and have to deal with long hold times, no answers, and sometimes very rude staff. I am rarely offered an appointment in a reasonable time frame to make up for the mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and sympathetic to their patients. Have asked for bedrest for about 2 weeks before due date and was told we can't do that. Had preterm labor and will possibly end up having to have my baby put in the NICU due to their policy and procedures. Just a joke. They are in it for more money..

I had a wonderful experience getting OB care here a couple years ago. However, my experience here more recently has been really negative. I was seen in Aug for a consult and told I would be scheduled for surgery before the end of the year. It took 3 months and multiple prompts from me just for their scheduler to contact me. She offered me a surgery date and I immediately said I would take it. Then I found out 2 weeks later I hadn't even been scheduled for the date I was promised, so now I have to wait at least an additional ... read more
