UPDATE: I am happy to report that administraive / reception staff can now schedule NSTs! After waiting almost a week with no contact, I went into the office myself and scheduled everything I needed to within 10 minutes. It was beautiful. The reception staff at this office are incredible! I have only seen one Doctor so far, but she was great. I made the mistake of transferring here due to a high risk pregnancy and wanting to be closer to MFM for more co-ordinated care. My issue lies with the Non Stress Test nurses and whatever administrator decided to make it the most difficult process possible to schedule with them. My doctor recommended these weekly visits, but no one can schedule them except the NST nurses. The doctor showed she cared but I can't get her to write the prescription the way she wants me to take it. Therefore my insurance will only cover a refill once every 5 months and she wants me to take it everyday 🤔
