I took my son for labwork. We arrived at 5:45 with a closing time of 6. My son fainted during the blood draw. The phlebotomist made me feel at ease. She responded quickly and took great care of my son. We ended up being there until 6:30 to which I apologized profusely. She didn't seem bothered the least bit.
Make sure arrive there early if in holiday. There is fewer staff there in holiday.
Went on a busy day, but the phlebotomist was very personable and I didn't even feel the poke.
