Trying to obtain your beet root from Amazon is a total joke! I ordered two s single bottle, eezZit would be a little easier for Amazon to 1*ndle. Ordered my product NOV 3 and the site said it would 'ship tomorrow' - this implies a quick turnaround. All through my order process 'shipping by tomorrow' was indicated. My account was debited, yet 4 days later I received ZERO notice on delivery status of my order. I contacted Bronson's customer service and not until 4 DAYS LATER was my message returned. I am furious!!!! I keep getting shipments of the Vital joint all the time and my credit card keeps getting charged $73.28. I DON'T USE YOUR PRODUCT AND NEVER DID!!! I monitor my financial accounts very carefully as I am on a strict budget. This charge pushed my credit card over the limit and the bank charged me $65.00 for over the limit usage. I'm so upset!!!!. Also I have been on hold for over an hour waiting to discuss this with someone and all I have is your ANNOYING ANNOYING HOLD MUSIC!!! -10 STARS

The absolute worst internet experience from Bronson's Laboratories. My order took more than a week to arrive. I called several times and received poor support. The one person farted into the phone and hung up on me. I called the lead person and he himself gave no explanation of this situation and did not even offer an apology. My order never did make it on time. By the promise date etc. We will put in an overnight order. That never arrived . I will do business elsewhere.
