Front desk is very rude. I called asking about availability. The person who answered already had an attitude, clearly did not want to be answering phones. She says “None of our doctors are taking patients” okay that’s fine. I ask about a wait list; “we don’t have one” and then proceeds to just hang up.
Tried to a schedule an appointment for what I felt was very important and time-sensitive, but had to wait a couple days to get in. I arrived early for my appointment time (or so I thought) only to find out that whoever scheduled the appointment told me one time, but scheduled me for another. I received no confirmation calls either, which could’ve been a red flag regarding the discrepancy in appointment times.
